1. New users click the Join Now link. Members click the Members link.

2. Log in.

3. Click Order a New Bond.

4. On each screen verify your information and click the Next button to continue.

5. After payment is received your bond will display for printing.

License and Permit Bonds

License and Permit Bonds.  A license and permit bond is required by many municipalities before a contractor can perform work within the municipal limits.  There are penalties for not complying with this requirement, and can include banning the contractor from further work in the municipality.  The face amount of the license and permit bond is determined by each municipality.  Typical limits are $10,000, $15,000 and $25,000.
